BA MARTIN PROPERTIES, LLC was established in Jan 2003 and has two managing partners, Byron Martin and Angelia Holloway-Martin.
Byron and Angelia have been managing real estate properties since 1988. BA MARTIN PROPERTIES, LLC owns and
manages 18 real estate properties. 17 four family flats in south city's Tower Grove area, and 1 single family home.
BA MARTIN CONSTRUCTION, LLC was established in October 2003 and buys distressed properties from foreclosure sales,
private owners, and the Multiple Listing Service. BA MARTIN CONSTRUCTION, LLC is responsible for
purchasing and rehabbing properties for the purpose of selling them for profit.

new and existing homes all over the state of Missouri. BYRON MARTIN R.E. CO. sells approx. 2-4 million in real estate per year.
